Get ready to run your buns off - if you are partial to the odd Hot Cross Bun like half of R4BC is this challenge will help burn off these festive treats.
Simply sign up to run/walk/cycle or swim at least 5 or 10km over the Easter period and when you have completed your distance submit your evidence which as always can be a GPS file or your word that you have done it and receive this cheeky little chappy. Medals will be sent out from the 10th of April.
As ever with each entry a donation will be made to a cancer charity - for this run we have chosen Children with Cancer:
